These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 88game platform at 88game.biz. By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 88game platform, including players accessing the platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and all other locations within Pakistan. In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 88game platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced and applies to all players regardless of their location within Pakistan.
2.2 By registering an account on 88game, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 88game reserves the right to request CNIC or other government-issued identity documentation to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
2.3 You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the 88game platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 88game makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
2.4 The following persons are not eligible to register or use the 88game platform:
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 88game platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 88game will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88game support immediately via live chat at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.
3.5 88game reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and following any change in account details. You agree to cooperate fully with all such verification requests.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 88game platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK/QR) are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 All deposits made to 88game must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.5. 88game aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Actual credit times depend on the payment method selected and the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution.
4.4 88game does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, over which 88game has no control.
4.5 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, 88game will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method. In all cases, withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in the Player's own name.
5.1 88game offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game eligibility restrictions. These promotional terms form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be staked before withdrawal is permitted. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the standard wagering requirement for 88game bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Bets placed on games with an RTP below a specified threshold may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions.
5.3 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the relevant promotional terms. Bonus funds will be used before real-money funds when placing bets unless otherwise specified in the Platform interface.
5.4 88game reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that this will not affect the terms of a bonus already credited to a Player's account in good faith.
5.5 Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated bonus farming across related accounts, or exploitation of errors in bonus calculations — will have all bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.
6.1 All games available on the 88game platform operate under game-specific rules published within the relevant game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.
6.2 88game uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers operating within a regulated studio environment. All game outcomes are determined independently of the Platform software in live dealer games.
6.3 In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during a gaming session, 88game will make reasonable efforts to honour any pending game round based on the state recorded in the platform server logs. The server-side record of all game activity is the definitive record of outcomes. In no event will 88game be liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's own internet connection or device.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 88game reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and without prior notice.
6.5 Bets placed on the 88game sportsbook — including PSL cricket, football, and UFC markets — are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. 88game reserves the right to void bets where market errors, odds errors, or event cancellations occur, in accordance with published sportsbook settlement rules.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88game platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the 88game platform — including but not limited to the Dragon Tiger Imperial visual theme, logos, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 88game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 88game.
8.3 The 88game name, logo, and all associated marks are the property of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context, including on third-party websites or social media, is prohibited.
9.1 88game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 88game will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification services, and licensing authorities where required for operational or compliance purposes.

10.1 The 88game platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88game disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 88game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical error, loss of data, or service unavailability, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.3 88game's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 88game's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 88game is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become harmful. The following tools are available to all 88game players directly from the account dashboard:
11.2 All responsible gaming requests submitted by a Player will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Self-exclusion requests are permanent once confirmed and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period regardless of subsequent requests.

12.1 You may close your 88game account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.
12.2 88game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:
12.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, 88game reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balances held in that account, including both real-money and bonus funds, pending investigation and resolution of the breach.
13.1 88game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 88game will notify active Players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the 88game platform following notification of changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amended terms.
13.3 The version and effective date displayed in the header of this document reflect the currently operative version of this Agreement. Previous versions are available on request from the 88game customer support team.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88game holds its international gaming licence. These laws apply regardless of the Player's country of residence or the country from which the Platform is accessed.
14.2 Nothing in this Agreement affects any statutory rights that you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded or limited.
15.1 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 88game platform, you should first contact the 88game customer support team via live chat or email. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 88game's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process are available from the customer support team on request.
15.3 The server-side records maintained by 88game constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes, transactions, and account activity. In the event of any discrepancy between the records maintained by 88game's servers and those visible on the Player's device, the server-side records shall prevail.
